A fast-growing, fast-paced large format digital print company is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts and deliver superior customer service.

Bannershop is one of the fastest growing leading suppliers of large format digital printing products in Asia-Pacific with 3 offices worldwide. We supply large format digital print products to our three major target markets: Corporate, SME and Wholesalers throughout Australia. Bannershop’s core products are retractable banners, exhibition display packages including wall units, wind flags, fabric signage and vinyl banners. Other products include the full array of large format digital printing applications and the required finishing and mounting services.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced salesperson to manage customers’ needs with superior customer service. You will work with the sales team leader to maintain, continuously improve, and grow our sales from our customer base and targeted future customers. You will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced internal sales team and have a few years experience either in customer service or internal sales. You will be proactive in anticipating your customers’ needs. You are an excellent communicator, with an ability to balance efficient and effective communication with professional and friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to help them chose the right large format print solution for their needs
- Place orders and follow them through to delivery to customers
- Meet monthly revenue targets
- Keep up-to-date with your knowledge of large format digital printing and Bannershop’s products, services and promotions (on-site training will be provided)
- Effective, professional communication with Bannershop’s customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a B2B or B2C customer service/internal sales environment is necessary
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and follow strict deadlines
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to own your relationship with your customers
- Some experience in digital print industry will be an advantage but not essential. Training is provided.
- Great energy levels and a positive attitude.
